Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Footactica, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

Footactica is a web app for creating football tactics boards, drills and animations. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

3. Your account

• Give correct information and keep your password secret.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one person. Do not share it.

4. Free trial and subscription

• You can try Footactica free for the period shown on the site, then choose the annual plan.
• The annual plan gives access for 365 days from the day we confirm your payment.
• Prices are shown in euro on the site. The price you see when you request payment is the price you pay. A later price change does not affect a payment you already requested or a period you already paid for.
• Payment is manual, by bank transfer or cash, and is confirmed by us. We do not charge you automatically and the plan does not renew by itself.
• Promotions and coupon codes follow the conditions shown with them and may not be combined unless stated.

5. Refunds

If you are not satisfied, contact us at info@footactica.com within 14 days of your payment. We review each request and, where it is reasonable or required by law, we refund you.

6. Your content

You keep ownership of the boards, drills and photos you create or upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You promise that you have the right to use what you upload and that it does not break the law or anyone's rights.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service. This includes attacking or overloading it, trying to access other people's data, copying it automatically, reverse engineering it, reselling access, or uploading harmful or unlawful content.

8. Our rights

Footactica, its software, design, name and templates belong to us. You may use them for your own coaching and analysis. You may not copy, sell or republish them.

9. Availability

We work to keep Footactica available, but we cannot promise that it will always be free of errors or interruptions. The service is provided as is.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or lost profits or losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using Footactica at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Footactica after a change, you accept the new Terms. We will not change the price of a period you have already paid for.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. If you are a consumer, you also keep the rights you have under the mandatory laws of your country.
